Return Policy

We offer a 14 day domestic return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your package to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, you must be located within the United States. The product must be in the same condition as it was when sent, in its original packaging, with tags attached. Proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return

To begin the process, please email us at support@goncalves.store with your order number and reason for the return. If your request is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. All returns should be mailed to 1908, Westfield, NJ. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the product you have and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of our decision. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
